摘要
针对目前应用可靠性设计方法对压力容器进行设计还存在可靠性数据大量不足的问题 ,将模糊数学与可靠性理论相结合的模糊可靠性设计 ,应用于压力容器的设计中 ,使设计更加合理和贴近事物的发展规律。通过常规设计中的标准和规范的规定 ,寻找强度和有关设计参数的均值和偏差 ;分别讨论了强度确定和强度随机两种情况下的数学模型和计算方法 ;并应用实例设计 ,分析了常规设计法和随机应力强度的模糊可靠性设计法的区别。实例设计计算表明 ,压力容器的模糊可靠性设计更加科学和合理 ,与常规设计法相比 ,容器壁厚减薄约 4 0 % 。
The fuzzy reliability design method is used in the design of pressure vessels to solve the problem of lack of reliability data in the common reliability design. The mean values and bias values of the strength and relevant parameters are worked out based on the standards and specifications for common design. The mathematical models and calculation methods in the case of given strength and random strength are discussed. The difference between the common design method and the fuzzy reliability design method of random stress intensity is analyzed by means of a case study. It is proved the fuzzy reliability design method of the pressure vessel is more scientific and reasonable.
