摘要
高温长效动态测试仪用于对稠油生产过程中井底流温、流压进行实时动态监测。这种仪器接在泵下随生产油管下入油井 ,采用金属绝热瓶隔热 ,井下单片机存储测试数据 ,地面主机回放处理测试结果 ,是经济有效果的热采生产测试方法。经过理论计算和室内试验确定了金属绝热瓶的优化结构参数 ,按此参数设计制造的金属绝热瓶在 2 5 0℃室内试验条件下 ,2 0天内温升小于 12 0℃ ,满足在井下高温长期工作的需要 ;
The high temperature durable dynamic test set is used for real time minitoring of bottom hole flowing temperature and flowing pressure in viscous oil recovery. The test set is lowered into the hole connected below the subsurface pump. It adopts the Dewar thermos bottle for heat insulation. The test data are stored in the hole and displayed on the ground. The test set is economical and effective for production test in thermal recovery. The optimum structural parameters of the metal dewars bottle is determined by means of calculation and lab test, and the dewars bottle produced according to these parameters can satisfy the requirments of operation at high temperature for long time. Field use of the dynamic test set is satisfactory.
