摘要 研究了一种可以工作在多个频率段的扭转夹心式换能器.该换能器由前后金属盖板、两组周向极化压电晶堆及电负载组成.分析了接电负载压电圆管的扭转振动特性,推出了其机电等效电路和共振频率方程.利用等效电路方法,给出了换能器的共振频率方程,并得到了换能器的共振频率与负载阻抗曲线,为此类换能器的设计提供了理论依据.该换能器可望应用于超声焊接、超声加工及超声马达等领域. The multi-frequency sandwiched torsional transducer is studied. The transducer consists of back metal cylinder, front cylinder , two groups of tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramic piles and electric load. The torsional vibration of the tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramic slender pipe whose electric terminals are loaded is analyzed, the electromechanical equivalent circuit and resonance frequency equation are obtained. Then, based on the equivalent circuit theory, a multi-frequency sandwiched torsional transducer is studied. The resonance frequency equation is derived and the curve between the resonance frequency and the impedance of electric load is derived, which can be used to design this type of torsional transducer which can be applied in ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic processing and ultrasonic motor.
