摘要
研究教师的角色有助于教师正确认识自我 ,提高自身素质 ,从而更好地完成教育工作。随着教育与社会的改革发展 ,教师的角色有了新的变化 ,其内涵更加丰富 ,责任更加重大 ,作用更加广泛。为此要积极促进教师职业角色的形成 ,加速教师的发展和成长。
The study of the teacher’s role is instrumental to the enhancement of the teacher’s quality and improvement of his/her work. The teacher’s role is changing with the times and it has now taken on more functions and responsibilities. As a result, the teacher’s professional role must be fully established to speed up the growth of the teaching profession.
