南非社会医疗保险改革探讨被引量：1

摘要许多国家把实施社会医疗保险 (SHI)看作是提高公平和卫生资源利用效率的重要措施 ,进而对SHI在卫生服务的公平性及可持续性方面的潜在影响予以关注。本文对南非在实施社会医疗保险改革中的两种不同的意见和观点进行了介绍与评析。
