摘要
近年深圳市的医药零售行业出现了前所未有的良好发展势头,医药零售连锁经营走在全国前面。但是,由于国家宏观政策等主客观因素,医药零售行业在发展中遭遇区域分割和地方保护主义壁垒、连锁经营的规模不经济、发展资金缺乏等经营困境。为有效解决这些问题,须从提升公司核心竞争能力,建立现代公司组织管理体系,重视无形资产的输出,重视定点药店的开发,整合外部资源,构筑公司联盟和加强政府部门监督着手。
In recent years, the medicine retail trade in Shenzhen presents an unprecedented booming trend, ranking the first group in retail-chain management of our country. However, due to some factors such as the influence of national macro-policies, medicine retail trade in its development suffers from many management difficulties, including region segmentation, barriers of local protectionism, diseconomy of scale in chain-management, less development finance, etc. To solve these problems efficiently, we must enhance core competitive abilities of medicine corporations, establish modern management system of corporation organization, stress the output of intangible assets, attach importance to the extension of local-fixed drugstores, attract external resources, form business union, etc, and government should strengthen supervision over the trade.
