摘要
构建了双孢蘑菇Agaricus bisporus菌株AA和A41的部分cDNA文库,其滴度分别为1.0?05 pfu/ml和6.0×104pfu/ml。用地高辛标记的丛生差异片段探针对文库进行筛选,分别获得5个和3个阳性克隆。
The partial cDNA libraries of Agaricus bisporus AA and A41 were constructed with titer of 1.0×105pfu/ml and 6.0×104pfu/ml respectively. Five and three positive clones were separated respectively by screening the two libraries with Dig-labeled cluster special probe.
