摘要
高新技术人力资本异质性表现在资本积累过程中所形成的具有专有性和非专用性的价值特征。高新技术人才技术垄断使企业用常规方法管理高新技术人才常常陷入困境 ,因此应根据他们的价值形成特点 ,制定出适应他们的激励模式。
The heterogeneity of hi-tech manpower capital can be seen in its exclusive and non-specific value features formed in the process of capital accumulation. The monopoly of hi-tech talents and technology usually brings enterprises into a difficult situation when they administrate hi-tech talents in conventional way. So motivating model should be created to be adapted to the formed value features of the enterprises.
