摘要
要加强党的执政能力建设 ,首先就要加强党的执政资源的建设。当前 ,党的执政资源面临着大量流失的现象 ,严重制约着党的执政能力的建设 ,为此 ,切实保护和加强党的执政资源的建设显得尤为迫切和重要。
To strengthen the Party construction of ability in power,the first is to strengthen the Party construction of resources. At present, the Party resources in power is faced with phenomenon of huge drain, which seriously restrict the Party construction of ability in power, so it is urgent and important to protect and strengthen the Party construction of resources in power.
