摘要
目的:观察疏肝和胃汤对消化不良大鼠胃窦组织中胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)的影响,揭示其促胃动力的作用机理。方法:采用夹尾激怒法制作功能性消化不良大鼠模型,观察治疗后模型大鼠胃窦组织中MTL及GAS的变化。结果:模型大鼠胃窦组织中MTL及GAS含量显著降低,经治疗后疏肝和胃汤各组及莫沙比利组的含量显著升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05~0.01)。疏肝和胃汤大、中剂量组胃窦中MTL含量与莫沙比利组无显著性差异(P>0.05),而莫沙比利组显著高于疏肝和胃汤小剂量组;疏肝和胃汤大剂量组胃窦中GAS含量与莫沙比利组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而莫沙比利组显著高于疏肝和胃汤中、小剂量组。结论:疏肝和胃汤具有升高模型大鼠胃窦组织中MTL和GAS含量的作用,上述激素含量的增加及其发挥的效应可能是其促胃动力作用机理之一。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shugan Hewei Decoction (SHD) on the motilin and gastrin in the gastric antrum tissues,and then investigate its mechanism.Methods:The rats were divided into six groups randomly:the saline controlled group,the model group,the large,middle and small dosage group of SHD and mosapride group.The functional dyspepsia model rats were made by the method of pressing the tails.After treated by SHD,the motilin and gastrin in the gastric antrum were detected.Results:SHD can increase the content of motilin and gastrin in the gastric antrum significantly compared with that of the model group(P<0.05~0.01),and it has no significant difference in comparison with the group of mosapride(P>0.05).Conclusion:The function of increasing the content of motilin and gastrin in gastric antrum,and the following effects of improving the gastric motility may be part of its mechanisms.
