摘要
本文报道从金丝矮陀陀(Pachysandra axillaris)中得到的3个新甾体生物碱。通过光谱分析及化学转化,它们的结构分别确定为:矮陀陀碱A(1),20α-二甲胺基-16β-羟基-3α-N-甲基苯甲酰胺基-4β-乙酰氧基-5x-孕甾烷;矮陀陀碱B(2),20α-二甲胺基-12β-羟基-3α-N-甲基苯甲酰胺基-4β-乙酰氧基-5α孕甾烷;螺旋富贵草碱B(3),16β-羟基-螺旋富贵草碱。同时还报道了一个文献未记载过、我们目前尚无法解释清楚的奇异现象,即化合物Ⅰ中19-CH_3的^(13)CNMR信号很清晰,但~1HNMR中未出现这个信号,且^(13)C-~1H异核相关谱中也未发现有它们的相关点。
This paper describes the chemical structural elucidations of the three new steroidal alkaloids from Pachysandra axillaris Franch. On the basis of the spectral analyses of MS, IR,
1H, 13C NMR and DEPT spectra and chemical evidences. They are Paxillarine A (20α-dimethylamino-16β-hydroxy-3α-N-methyl, benzoylamino-4β-acetoxyl-5α-pregnane) (1); Paxillarine B (20α-dimethylamino- 12β-hydroxy- 3α-N-methyl, benzoylamino-4β-acetoxyl-5α-pregnane) (2) and spiropachysine B (16β-hydroxyl-spiropachysine) (3), respectively. In addition, we wish to present in this paper the unusual phenomenon, which the C-19 signal appeared obviously in 13C NMR and DEPT spectra of axillarine A (1), however the 19-CH3Signal in 1H NMR and the 19-CH3 correlation signal point with C-19 in
13C- 1H HETCOR were unappear.
