摘要
用毛细管气相色谱/质谱/计算机(GC/MS/MSD)联用技术测定菊科风毛菊属植物沙生风毛菊(Saussurea arenaria)、紫苞风毛菊(Saussurea iodostegia),风毛菊(Saussurea japonica)精油的化学成分。将色谱分离的组分经质谱鉴定,其结果是从沙生风毛菊中鉴定出37个化学组分,主要成分β-瑟林烯(36.95%);从紫苞风毛菊中鉴定出69个化合物,主要成分β-瑟林烯(9.56%);从风毛菊中鉴定出29个化合物,主要成分是β-檀香醇(16.84%)。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the essential oils steam distilled from the aer ial parts of Saussurea arenaria, S.iodostegia and S.japonica by means of capillary gas chromatography and GC / MS spectrometry. The relative contents of the components in the essential oils were calculated by means of area of normalization. In Saussurea arenaria, S.iodostegia and S.japonica,the 37, 69 and 29 components were identified, respectively.
