摘要
探索ISO—9000在医院质量管理中的应用研究,已经形成一大热点。新的《医疗事故处理条例》的出台与实施,对医疗机构的病案管理也提出了更高更严的要求,推行ISO质量管理体系,有利于病案管理的规范和完善,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Probing the application of ISO-9001 in the hospital quality administration has become a great hotspot at present. Along with the new 'Medical Accident Regulation' comes on & carries out, it puts forward higher & stricter requirement to the case administration of medical facilities. Pushing ISO Quality Management System will be good to normalize & improve medical record management and reduce of medical dispute as well
