摘要
从大白药(Marsdenia griffithii Hook.f)茎中分离得到4个齐墩果烯型三萜,经光谱学数据分析它们分别为齐墩果酸(oleanic acid,Ⅰ),longispinogenin(Ⅱ),chichipenin(Ⅲ)和大白药醇(griffithol,Ⅳ)。其中大白药醇为一新化合物,结构被推定为齐墩果—1.2—烯—3β,16β,21β,22α,28-五醇。
From the stems of Marsdenia griffithii Hook.f, a new triterpenoid named griffithol (Ⅳ) with oleanic acid (Ⅰ), longispenogenin (Ⅱ) and chichipegenin (Ⅲ) were isolated. On the basis of spectral data, griffithol (Ⅳ) was tentatively deduced as olean -12-ene-3β,16β, 21β, 22α, 28-pentatol.
