摘要
对云南墨江蜈蚣(Scolopendra mojiangica Zhang et Chi)和少棘巨蜈蚣(Scolopendra subspinipes(L)Koch)进行抗惊厥药效学研究。统计学结果:前者有显著性差异(0.01<P<0.05),后者有非常显著性差异(0.001<P<0.O1)。两种蜈蚣均有抗脊髓性惊厥的作用。
The project researched pharmacodynamics on anticonvulsant with both the centipede from Mojiang county Yunnan province, and certified centipede. The statistical results show: the former shows significant differences (0. 01<P<0. 05). The latter has markedly significant differences (0. 001<P<0. 01). both centipedes have the effect of antispinal convulsant.
