摘要
择业中常见的心理误区是影响大学毕业生就业的重要原因之一 ,正确的认识和分析这些心理误区 ,找到合适的调适方法 ,加以引导 ,消除误区 ,有利于大学毕业生的健康成长和就业 ,有利于国家经济的发展和社会稳定。
The long standing mistaken idea among graduates when they try to select a job is one of the factors influencing their employment. A correct understanding and analysis of such mistaken ideas, finding reasonable method to correct them are useful for graduates in healthy growth and employment and for the economic development and social stability of the country.
