改革开放以来 ,中国经济取得了快速发展 ,人民生活水平得到了极大改善。但 2 0世纪 90年代以后中国经济增长步入低速波动区间 ,经济持续低速增长可能会吞噬我国过去 2 0多年的发展成果 ,导致长期发展战略失败。因此 ,有必要对中国经济增长的原因做出分析研究 ,以便采取针对性的措施 ,使我国经济尽快步入良性发展道路上来 ,保持我国经济长期的持续高速增长 ,实现建设小康社会的宏伟目标。

Since the reformation and opening,Chinese economy develops quickly,people’s living standard improves greatly.But the economy development has slumped into a fluctuation area at a low speed since the 1990’s,the low speed development of economy during a long time maybe lick up the achievement during the past more than 20 years,lead to the failure of the long-term development strategy.Therefore,it is necessary that we analyse the reasons of economic development,take pertinence measures to make Chinese economy development take a virtuous road,keep economy development at high-speed in a long time,realize the grand target of building the affluent society.
