中国科技成果鉴定中介机构质量管理体系建立的构想

我国目前在科技成果鉴定方面还没有建立独立的科技成果鉴定中介机构 ,随着我国经济的发展和科技投入主体的多样化 ,建立独立的科技成果鉴定中介机构越来越有必要。而中介机构在科技成果鉴定过程中保证鉴定的客观性和真实性非常重要 ,通过对ISO90 0 0标准的理解 ,就建立科技成果鉴定中介机构质量管理体系来保证鉴定的客观性和真实性提出了初步构想。

There are no independent science and technique fruit identification agencies in our country,but it is necessary to establish independent agencies because of diversification of technical investor and economy development.Especially,keeping objective and truth is very important in identifying for the agencies.Through understanding the ISO9000,we will bring forward a conception of QMS in science and technique identification agency for deeping objective and truth of identification.
