摘要
曹禺的戏剧在讲究情节的复杂性和外在冲突的尖锐性的同时,又十分注意开掘人物内在的精神世界,体现了作家对"内向化"戏剧的追求。在作家的早期戏剧创作中,既展示了人物心灵的动态发展过程,又通过"潜台词"等戏剧手段显现着人物在瞬间状态下的矛盾心态。这是曹禺剧作区别于其他中国现代剧作家的一个最为鲜明的特征。
Cao Yu's dramas characterize in complexity of plots, and outer conflicts, and particularly in the detailed description of inward features of characters. Likewise, it is the pursuit of inwardness of the playwright. From his early creativities, the playwright dynamically depicts the psychological inwardness. In addition, he uses the potential captions to express the mental contradiction of the characters. Thus the playwright enables himself to be unique, differing from any other one in China.
