摘要
作为制度伦理的一个重要方面,制度运行伦理是与制度设计伦理有所不同的。它具体包括制度管理伦理和制度实现伦理两个方面,并以服从原则、公平原则和效率原则为其内容,其目的是为了建立优良的社会生活。
As an important aspect of the institutional ethics,the ethics of institutional operation is different from the ethics of institutional design.It specifically includes two aspects: the ethics of institutioal administration and the ethics of institutional realization. It revolves around the obedience principle and the fairness principle and the efficiency principle, and its purpose is to found the fine life of society.
