枝桠材栽培灵芝研究初报

Study on Cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum with Branches of the Tree

分别利用原木段木和枝桠材熟料栽培灵芝新 6、8、6、12、13、韩 1、韩 3、日 1、日 2、S1、K2、18、19号菌株 ,每个菌株接种 180袋 ,设 3个重复 ,每个重复 6 0袋。先在培养室内培养菌丝生长 15～ 2 0 d将栽培袋移至荫棚脱袋埋土栽培。结果表明 :用枝桠材栽培灵芝的生长周期比用原木段木栽培的缩短 6～ 2 6 d,产量可提高13.6 1%～ 6 9.4 4 %用枝桠材栽培灵芝对灵芝的产孢量影响不明显 ,但产孢始期可缩短 4～ 19d,产孢持续时间可缩短 2～ 10 d。

Different strains of Ganoderma lucidum are cultivated with branches of the tree and wood log respectively.Compared with wood log,cultivation with branches can shorten growing time by 6~26 days,increase yield by 13.61%~69.44%,shorten beginning spore-produce time by 4~19 days, spore-produce lasting time by 2~10 days.The spore-produce quantities were not affected.
