以美国去皮豆粕为例,简述去皮豆粕所具有的粗蛋白质和代谢能含量高、纤维素含量少、赖氨酸含量与利用率高的营养特点,介绍其加工工艺及其在猪、家禽、水产饲料中的应用。
Taking American dehulled soybean meal for example, the paper introduces the main nutrient composition, pro-cessingtechnology and use of dehulled soybean meal in pig, poultry and aquaculture feed. Dehulled soybean meal hasthe nutrient characteristics of high protein content and metabolizable energy, low crude fiber content, high lysine contentand utilization ratio as well.
