宏观调控是现代市场经济中决定经济能否平稳增长的重要因素。对于宏观调控的内涵 ,学术界有较大分歧 ,尽管中国的宏观调控目标与西方没有两样 ,但在转轨过程中 ,宏观调控的目标次序必须根据不同阶段的不同情况做出调整。

Macroeconomic regulation plays an important role in economic stable growth. Academic circles have great differences in its connotation. Although there is no difference between China's objects of macroeconomic regulation and western countries', rank of China's objects of macroeconomic regulation must make adjustment according to different conditions in different stages. Short -term macroeconomic policies should give consideration to medium-term and long-term market-oriented reform.
