A Study on the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Development Prospect of Leasing Trade of Beijing

筹办北京奥运会的巨额资金需求为政府造成了直接的财政压力 ,借鉴国际经验必须采用“政府统筹、市场化运作”的操作模式。本文提出在筹办奥运会的过程中引入租赁这一新兴的投融资方式 ,使之通过相关行业 ,为奥运经济的三个阶段服务 ;

The huge fund demand of Beijing Olympic Games has caused the direct financial pressure to the government. We must adopt the operation mode that” government pool, market-oriented operation”. The paper proposes that leasing, as the new developing investment and financing way, is introduced during the process of Olympic Games, so as to make it serve the three stages of economy of the Olympic Games through relevant industries; and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to standardize Beijing Leasing trade.
