金莲花中荭草苷提取分离方法的探讨

Studies on Extraction and Isolation of Orientin from Flos Trollii

目的:寻找金莲花中荭草苷最佳的分离方法,为大量样品的制备提供参考。方法:采用醋酸乙酯萃取-聚酰胺柱色谱分离荭草苷。结果:分得荭草苷26mg,得率1.78‰(与上样量比)。结论:此方法操作简单,所用试剂毒性小,节约成本,更适用于大量样品的制备。

Objective:To find the best isolate method of orientin from Flos Trollii Chincnsis, provide reference data for mass-sample isolation.Method:Ethylaeetate extraction and polyamide chromatography isolation was used to isolate orientin.Resuh:26mg orientin was isolated,the re- covery was 1.78‰.Conclusion:This method is easy operated,slignt toxicity of used reagent,sav- ing cost ,applied to mass-sample isolation.
