影响逐瘀通脉胶囊含量测定的因素

Factors Interfered wirh the Determinaon of the Content of Zhuyutongmai Capsule

目的:找出影响逐瘀通脉胶囊含量测定的因素。方法:用盐酸溶液水解结合型蒽醌,用氯仿提取,以醋酸镁显色,用比色法测定大黄中的总蒽醌含量。结果:原料混合不均,显色剂含水,实验温度,滤纸吸附等对含量测定均有影响。结论:显色液含水量,滤纸吸附是影响含量测定的主要因素。

Aim:Finding out the factors interfered the determination of the content of Zhuyutongmai capsule.Method..Hydrolyzing poly-anthraquinone with hydrochloric acid ,extract- ingwith chloroform,developing with magnesium acetate,and detrmining the total content of an- thraquinone of rhubarb.Result:Unhomogeneous mixture of the raw material,water in devloper, temperature of test ,absorbing with filter paper make influence to the determination of the con- tent.Conclusion:The main factors interfered the determination of content are water in developer and absorbing with filter paper.
