摘要
在阿莫西林干糖浆生产中,时常出现颗粒粒度不均匀,造成返工次数多,导致成品率偏低。我们通过大量的实验与生产实际,总结出影响因素为干燥箱温度均一性、翻盘方式、粘合剂使用量及加入粘合剂后混合时间,并且粘合剂使用量控制在0.45kg/kg 混粉、混合时间为5分钟,成品率由81%提高到89%。
During the production of Amoxicillin dry syrup,it is pellet was not well-distrihut- ed leading to reproduce times and decrease rate of finished product.After mass of experiments and tests ,we have grasped main factors,such as temperature of dry boxes,the way of mixing,adhesive material and mixed time after adhesive material which effecting rate of finished product.We sum- marized a good dealing method that the rate of finished product can be raised from 81% to 89% if the amount of adhesive was controlled about 0.45kg per lkg mixed product and the mixed time fixed 5 minutes.
