摘要
运用热分析理论和有限元方法对汽车摩擦片摩擦热的分布情况进行了系统研究。指出制动摩擦热主要产生在接触区域具有一定厚度的界面层而并非仅在接触表面上。阐明制动摩擦热应作为体积热而不应只作为表面热来加以考虑 ,完成了相应的理论推导和实验验证工作 ,为摩擦片温度变化情况的科学分析提供了帮助。
Systematic research on the distributing instance of rubbing heat of a car friction plate was carried through the heat analysis theory and the finite element method. The results showed that the rubbing heat was mostly produced in the interface layer of contacting region possessing certain thickness not in the contacting surface, so that the rubbing heat should be considered as a volume heat not as a surface heat. The corresponding works of theory analysis and experimental validation were accomplished. It can advance the scientific analysis to temperature movement instance of a car friction plate.
