摘要
根据固体发动机密封结构的特点 ,从密封圈的密封机理出发 ,对固体发动机密封的充分必要条件及密封界面的接触压应力分布进行分析 ,研究了粘弹性材料的压缩回弹特性、应力松弛特性和一些可能的密封失效因素 ,为固体发动机结构密封工作可靠性及密封圈的正确选用提供了依据。
Based on the structure characteristic of the solid engine, the principle of the sealing ring and the distributions of contact pressure stress at the sealing contact areas were analyzed, the sufficient and necessary conditions of sealing were given for solid engine. The resilience, stress relaxation and some possible factors that resulted in sealing failure of the viscoelasticity material were put forward, the acquired results provided the basis for the sealing reliability and the correct selection of sealing ring for solid engine in practice.
