纳米级氧化锌晶须对水润滑轴承材料的改性研究 被引量:9

摘要 传统的水润滑复合橡胶轴承普遍存在承载能力低的缺点 ,对其材料进行改性是提高承载能力的关键所在。通过实验可以看出加入纳米级氧化锌晶须可以明显提高其承载能力并优化摩擦学性能 ,为制造高比压的水润滑轴承提供了材料基础。 Low carrying capacity is a ubiquitous performance of traditional water lubricated composite rubber bearings, the key to enhance carrying capacity is to modify the material.The experiment shows carrying capacity of the bearings can be enhanced evidently by modifying with nanometer Zinc oxide whisker.That is the base for making water lubricated bearings with high pressure.
