摘要
研究了稀土元素对LD钢氮化过程和抗滑动磨损性能的影响。结果表明 :稀土对LD钢的氮化过程有明显的催渗作用 ;稀土对氮化层的改性作用可显著提高LD钢的抗滑动磨损性能 ,且该作用随着时间的延长更加明显。稀土氮化工艺处理的自行车车圈轧辊模具使用寿命较普通氮化提高了一倍以上。
Effect of Rare earth (RE) elements on nitriding process of LD steel was studied.The experimental results showed that the presence of RE could obviously accelerated nitriding process of LD steel. The effect of RE on microstructure improvement of nitriding layers could improve the sliding wear-resistance of LD steel. Furthermore, this effect was more distinct with the extending of time. Compared with conventional nitriding,RE nitriding can increase the service life of roller dies for bicycle rim more than 100%.
