摘要
本文介绍了一种结合磁化液的使用将同一个油样中的铁磁性磨屑和非铁磁性磨屑分别沉积在不同谱片上的分步沉积法 ,并给出了该法的理论依据 ,且通过实验证明了该法在实际应用中的可行性。该法的提出成功地解决了利用计算机对谱片进行分析时 ,在磨屑材质识别方面的难题。
Respective sediment method was put forward,and it was proved to be correct in theory and feasible in practice. Ferromagnetic debris and non-ferromagnetic debris can respectively deposit onto ferrogram by comprehensive using magnetic fluids and this method. The difficult problem in recognition the element of debris by computer was successively resolved by using this method to make ferrogram.
