摘要 在研究一文中力学建模及解析的基础上 ,提出法兰直边区和圆周区二维起皱变位函数 ,根据能量原理 ,考虑厚向异性、板厚变化及摩擦等因素 ,按直边区和圆周区起皱两种情况求解出法兰起皱临界压边力公式 ,并结合研究之二所得的破裂临界压边力 ,设计算例验证分析。 Based on the mechanical model discussed in the paper Part1,according to energy theory, the paper proposes two formulae calculating the critical wrinkling BHF both on circle and straight sections considering plyanisotropy, strain hardening, thickness variation of sheet metal as well as friction. Using the formulae of critical fracture BHF proposed in Part1, a calculation example fully discussed is presented.
