摘要 以腺苷为原料,经磷酰化得到腺苷的5′- 位二氯磷酸酯,再经强碱环化得到环磷腺苷,收率58%,纯度99%以上。 Adenosine cyclophosphate(cAMP)was synthesized from adenosine by phosphorylation with phosphorylchloride in triethyl phosphate at lower temperature to give the key intermediate adenosine 5′- dichlorophosphate whichtreated with strong base to give the title compound of 99% purity in 58% yield.
