胃安康对替加氟的增效减毒作用及IL-2、TNF-α活性的影响

Effects of Weiankang on Effect-enhancing, Toxic-reducing Action of Tegafurand IL-2 and TNF-α Activity

通过动物实验及体外细胞培养发现胃安康对替加氟有明显的增效减毒作用,可升高化疗小鼠的白细胞水平,并显著增强大鼠脾细胞IL-2活性,提高小鼠TNF-a活性。表明胃安康是通过增强机体免疫功能来发挥抗肿瘤作用的。

The effects of Weiankang on effect-enhancing and toxic-reducing action of tegafur and IL-2 and TNF-a activity were observed by animal experiments and cell culture in vitro. The results showed that it could obviously enhancethe anti-tumor effect and reduce toxic effect of tegafur , and could increase the WBC number in mice received tegafur, aswell as could enhance IL-2 and TNF-a activity in rats and mice. The results implied that its anti-tumor activity was effectedby enhancing the immune function of the body.
