摘要
分别用一点法和多点稀释法测定透明质酸钠的特性黏度,并对测定结果进行比较。结果表明,在保证溶剂和待测溶液的流出时间不小于100s, 且相对黏度h r为1.30～1.50时,两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异。
Intrinsic viscosity of sodium hyaluronate was determined by one point method and multi-point dilutionmethod, respectively. When the flow time of solvent and sample solution was longer than 100s and relative viscosity was1.30~1.50, the values of intrinsic viscosity were comparable between the two methods.
