摘要
建立了加替沙星的HPLC测定法。采用Nova-pak C18色谱柱,三乙胺磷酸溶液-乙腈(87∶13)为流动相,柱温40℃,检测波长325nm。并对加替沙星及其制剂的稳定性进行了考察。
A HPLC method for determination of gatifloxacin and its related substances was established. A C18column was used with the mobile phase of triethylamine phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(87∶13), at the detectionwavelength of 325nm. The column temperature was 40℃. The stability of gatifloxacin and its dosage forms was examined.
