摘要
对近几年我国喹诺酮类抗菌剂研究开发情况,包括合成工艺改进以及创新药物的研究进行了简要综述。
The general aspects of a variety of quinolone antibacterial agents developed in China since 1998,including proposal of new routes of preparation, technical innovation and synthesis of new compounds as well as theirantibacterial activities are reviewed.
