摘要 3正头孢化合物是合成头孢布烯和头孢唑肟的重要中间体.介绍了以青霉素G为原料分别经3羟基头孢烯、丙二烯氮杂环丁酮中间体的盐野义和大路线,以及以头孢菌素C为原料经3环外亚甲基中间体的Schering合成路线,并对各条工艺路线进行了评价. 3-norcephalosporin compounds are important intermediate for the manufacture of ceftibuten and ceftizoxime.This article reviews the recent progress in the synthesis of 3-norcephalosporin including Shionogi route via 3-hydroxycephem and Otsuka route via allenecarboxyate intermediate from penicillin G,and Schering rote via 3-exomethene intermediate based on cephalosporin C.
