基于SOA光纤环镜的NRZ信号时钟分量的提取

摘要 采用 SOA(sem iconductor optical am plifier)光纤环镜将 2 .5 Gbit/ s的 NRZ(non- return- to- zero)信号转换为相应的 PRZ(pseudo- return- to- zero)信号 ,实现了 NRZ信号时钟分量的提取 .并分析了 SOA注入电流、环镜探测光光功率等系统参数的选取对转换输出的 PRZ信号的光信噪比、消光比及环镜透过率的影响 . Clock component extraction of 2.5Gbit/s NRZ (non-return-to-zero) signal is demonstrated using SOA (semiconductor optical amplifier) loop mirror,in which the NRZ signal is converted to the corresponding PRZ (pseudo-return-to-zero) signal.The impact of SOA injection current and loop probe power on OSNR (optical signal-to-noise ratio) and ER (extinction ratio) of the converted output PRZ signal and loop transmittance is given and analyzed.
