摘要
该文探讨了基于VRML和Java的机电一体化设备电气控制虚拟平台的体系结构并作了相应技术实现的介绍。该虚拟平台克服了传统组态软件仅能进行平面仿真的弱点,互动、沉浸的操作过程使得设备培训自然、真实。目前,该技术已成功用于棉花加工设备、数控机床、钢铁冶金等多个行业。
This paper investigates the structure of the virtual electric control platform of mechatronic equipment based on VRML and Java. Then it introduces the realization of this technique. The virtual platform overcomes the weakness that traditional configuration software could only perform plane-simulation. Thus the interaction and immersion operation makes the equipment cultivation naturally and truly. Presently this technique has already been applied to several fields such as cotton process equipment, NC and steel metallurgy.
