摘要
在常规人工培养条件下产生繁殖体及繁殖孢子的球壳孢目的真菌 ,通过预培养后扫刷营养体 ,经过光诱导能产生繁殖体及繁殖孢子 ;在常规人工培养条件下不产生繁殖体及繁殖孢子的从梗孢目的真菌 ,通过预培养后扫刷营养体 。
fungus which don't originate reproduced-body and reproduced-spore in the condition of man-culture,belonging to sphaeropsis,can produce reproduced-body and reproduced-spore through brush Vegetative after pre-culture and Photoinduction;then,experiments proved that Fungus,which belongs to Hyphomycetales,can produce the same result without Photoinduction.
