木梨幼叶提取物抑菌防腐作用研究 被引量:4

摘要  用木梨 (P .xerophila)幼叶提取物进行抑菌防腐试验 ,结果表明 :木梨幼叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有明显的抑制作用 ,对煮熟保存的土豆、豆腐及肥肉中酵母菌、金黄色葡萄球菌群体数量明显减少 ,延长了土豆、豆腐及肥肉的保存时间 ,且对其食用品质没有影响 ;0 . 7%木梨幼叶提取物抑菌防腐效果比 0 . The antisepsis experiment of the extracts of P.xerophila young leaves was studied,It was found that the extracts of P.xerophila leaves could effectivety inhibit the growth of the staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.That extracts showed apparent effect on restraining the growth of yeast and staphylococcus aureus which colong frome cooked the patato,bean curd and fat meat.The extracts could prolong preservable time of the patato,bean curd and fat meat without affecting the quality of them.The antisepsis effect of 0.7% extracts of P.xerophila was better than 0.1% benzoic acid sodium.
