摘要
以高抗黄萎病的海岛棉品种" 15-3493"和高感黄萎病的陆地棉品种"石河子875"的175个F2代单株作为标记群体,采用BSA法筛选多态性引物,构建了1个包括3个SSR引物在内的连锁群。通过Mapmaker软件将与黄萎病抗性有关的1个位点定位在该连锁群,该位点与SSR标记BNL3556相距13.1cM,可解释表型变异方差的50.1%,为主效基因位点。
175 F2 individuals developed by a cross of G.barbadense Ⅱ15-3493×G.hirsutum Shihezi 875 were employed for a molecular marker population in this paper.After the polymorphic primers were screened by bulked sergeant analysis (BSA),a linkage map that included three SSR loci was constructed.A locus related to Verticillium wilt resistance was located at this linkage map by MAPMAKER software.The distance between this locus and the SSR marker BNL3556 was 13.1 CM,and this locus explained (50.1%) of the phenotypic variance.It was a major gene locus.
