摘要
提出了测定氟喹诺酮类药物含量的一种新方法。先用氧瓶燃烧法进行有机物破坏 ,然后用氟离子选择电极定量。对该方法进行了研究 ,其回收率为 98.5 %~ 10 0 .4 %。测定了 4个品种的氟喹诺酮类药物的含量 ,结果表明该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可以作为该类药物含量测定的通用方法。
A new method of determinations of fluoroquinolone drugs was developed. The drugs were decomposed by oxygen flask combustion method, and then the content of the samples was determined indircetly by means of fluoride ion-selective electrode. The recoveries of the method were 98.5%~100.4%. The results show that this method is simple, rapid and accurate. Four kinds of fluoroquinolone drugs has been determined by the proposed method.
