摘要
探讨了甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(METHPA)固化剂用量对双酚A型环氧树脂E-39D力学性能及耐热性能的影响,利用丙酮萃取法和傅立叶红外光谱法(FTIR)对不同配比的E-39D/METHPA体系固化度进行了定量分析,同时进行了E-39D/METHPA共混体系的固化机理探讨。
In this paper, the influence of the amount of curing agent (METHPA) on the mechanics and the heat-resistant properties of E-39/METHPA curing system was discussed.The curing degree of E-39/METHPA system was analyzed by using acetone extraction method and FTIR.The curing mechanism of E-39/METHPA blending system was also studied.
