摘要
以甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为偶联剂,将耐侯性能优良的丙烯酸单体和高键能、低表面能、透气性和耐水、耐寒性良好的有机硅单体进行核-壳乳液聚合,通过选择软硬单体的比例、乳化剂、有机硅单体的用量、聚合温度、聚合工艺等条件,制得一种综合性能优异的有机硅改性防水织物涂饰剂。实验结果表明:有机硅单体含量不仅影响聚合反应及胶膜的性能,而且影响乳液的稳定性。当有机硅单体含量为8%~10%、聚合反应5 5h,制得的胶粘剂防水性能最佳,胶乳的成膜性、耐候性和粘接强度得到了很大的提高。
A novel waterproof textile-coating agent was prepared by core-shell emulsion copolymerization and condensation polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and acrylates. Methacryloxyethyl-trimethoxysilane (KH-570) was added as the coupling agents. The effect of the polymerization process, ratio of monomers, kind of emulsifiers, amount of silicon monomers, reaction temperature and time on the waterproof capabilities of the emulsion was investigated. The results showed that the polymerization behavior, final latex stability and the mechanical properties of the latex film strongly depend on the dosage of the siloxane. The Optimum condition was that the dosage of the organo-silicon monomers was within 8~10%; the reaction time was 55hr. Results showed that the modified emulsion had good film forming properties, high bonding strength, good low temperature resistance and waterproofing properties.
