摘要
利用超声脉冲反射法直接测量材料声学性能的原理和方法,对声速、声阻抗和衰减系数等进行测量,并对影响材料的声学性能测量的因素进行了探讨,说明了纤维增强树脂基复合材料声学参数的测量方法.实验结果表明:基于超声检测原理,将超声波发射接收电路与数字化技术相结合,采用脉冲回波反射法是测量纤维增强树脂基复合材料声学性能的有效方法.只要测量条件选择适当,可以准确地测量材料的声学性能.
The acoustics performances of resin-based composites were investigated using ultrasonic pulse echo technology. The influencing factors of measuring accuracy were discussed. The tested results show that this way is simple and easy to be realized.
