摘要
方案生成是概念设计的核心.本文在介绍生物遗传算法的基础上,模拟生物的遗传进化过程,把产品方案生成看作是一个状态空间的寻优、求解过程,由此提出了一种基于遗传算法的机械方案自动生成的方法.将遗传算法用于机械方案设计,可以提高产品的设计效率和设计质量,文中结合工程实例验证了该方法的可行性.
Scheme generation is the emphasis of conceptual design. Based on the introduction of GA, the process of scheme generation can be regarded as a solution for a state-space problem by simulating the creature's genetic and evolving process. According to this view, a GA-based approach for mechanical scheme generation is presented in this paper, which can improve the design efficiency and the quality of mechanical products. Finally, the feasibility of the method is tested with an engineering example.
