摘要
通过对传统的感应同步器位移测量方法的分析,提出了一种将软件与硬件有机结合的位移/数字转换新方法.利用该方法所研制的大位移传感装置、位移/数字转换装置与工业控制计算机配合,成功实现了对钢板宽度的测量与控制.
Through the analysis of the displacement measurement method of traditional induct synchronizer, a new displacement-digital conversion method which combine the software and hardware together is approached. According to this method, the system of the huge displacement induct instrument and displacement digital conversion instrument combine with industrial computer is made and is successfully realized in the control and width measurement of steel plate.
